I'm focusing on my habits of procrastination and distraction this year: for procrastination, how/where do I put things off, why am I putting them off, and what's one step forward I can take? For distraction, noticing how/when I distract myself, what method am I using (Instagram!), and what am I avoiding that I need to pay attention to (this also connects to procrastination). Even though I don't love how it feels at times, to have that brutal honesty with myself, I'm seeing shifts start to happen, so know I'm headed in the right direction.
