What do you think is the most important personal attribute to have/cultivate in change? We’d love to hear your examples of how you seen this attribute in action - thanks for sharing, everyone!
- resiliency: knowing how/where to be strong, grounded, and connected to what's important.
- positivity: it's so easy to get mired in what's not working or to anticipate what could go wrong so we're prepared (for something that may actually never come)...how/where can we stay positive and curious to the opportunities change can bring? And to see it as such?
- persistence: seeing the forest in the trees, having hope (another attribute!) that you're making progress forward on some level, even if you don't know exactly where the journey is going to take you.
- patience: don't forget to breathe, focus on what you can do, and maybe...just maybe...have a little fun?
